Turn off registration for webinars

Description
I can successfully create webinars from the api. Using the websdk, when a user joins the webinar, they are always asked to register, event though I have meeting_authentication and enforce_login turned off. Is there a reason? I thought this was optional? Using 1.8.1 websdk.

Hey @webdev,

Make sure you have approval_type set to 2 as well.
