Hi, I am having issues figuring out how to login to zoom video sdk. I have been told to reach out here so I can get assistance. I have purchased a Video SDK plan through the steps provided by zoom. Once purchased, I have been told to go https://marketplace.zoom.us/ and then try and get to my video sdk account to login but there is nowhere here for me to do that. Every place I am told to go, there is no video sdk account for me to access.
I am looking for help to figure out why I am not able to find the login location and how to get logged in to my account so we can begin to use video sdk.

Can confirm which plan you bought for Video SDK, is it the Video SDK Pay As You Go or the SDK Universal Credit plan?
When you login to your account on https://marketplace.zoom.us/, do you see the Video SDK option in the Develop dropdown on the top right like in the image?

I am on the pay as you go plan. We are trying to switch from Twilio video to zoom video sdk when running into this issue.
When I go to the Marketplace and click develop at the top, I do not see video sdk and if I click build app it does not show for me there either. Tried to send screenshots but I am not able to do that.
One issue that was mentioned when I first signed up is I tried to add our developer as an Admin to our Video Sdk account. When I went through the steps to try and add them it said I do not have access to that page.
When I reached out to ask why, I went to my profile in zoom and it shows my email but lists me as a reseller and I have no idea why. I just signed up normally through the steps Zoom recommended but became a reseller. I believe that is what I need to change.
I want you try one more thing to see if you can access the portal, if not I can ask someone from the team to check your account and help. If you added an SDK plan to your existing Zoom Workplace account:

I am talking to my developer right now and he just walked me through this and it only shows the same settings from the marketplace. General app, server to server OAuth app, and webhook only app.
Our developer said that he went through this and was able to somehow find the video sdk key and secret key but we just went to walk through that together now and he cannot even find where he went and its not displaying as it had before. No idea how he got to that because I have never been able to see video sdk anywhere.
Could you confirm your account type? Head to your account homepage, while logged in with the account you’re attempting to use for Video SDK, and tell me what you see under “Account Type”. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
Also going back into the account, under created apps in the marketplace I can see it shows a Petzey app. When I was checking for that earlier today, about an hour ago, it did not show. So that is a very strange, unless there was a chance you made to have that show. It has not been consistent how things show or respond for us.
Also, this is really something we need resolved today. Its been 2 weeks that I’ve been trying to talk to people and get this figured out. If we cannot find a solution are we able to just delete this and start over? Would that cause more issues or a negative outcome if we do so? We are completely stalled in our project for about 2 weeks now, which has put us very far behind so really want to get this all sorted. Thanks.
When you go onto marketplace.zoom.us and log in, what do you see when you hover over your profile icon the top right? I’ve attached a screenshot for reference, please attach one as well.
If I hover over the profile icon it shows admin, my name and email, “my profile” to click on and then sign out. Just like yours does.
I am the owner and admin of the account so I am doing this under me. I tried to add my developer as another admin but I got an error message on that screen saying I did not have access to that page. That was another issue I ran into initially before reaching out.
