Unable to Add General App to Zoom Channels

Hi Everyone,

I successfully installed my General Team Chat App in my organization’s Zoom account. However, when users with the roles of Developers or Admins attempt to add the app to a channel, the app name does not appear in the list for them to add.

Interestingly, all users can still use the app via the slash command (/ai_bot) without adding it to a channel. However, I would prefer users to add the app to a channel first and then access it.

Has anyone faced a similar issue or know how to resolve this?

Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
