We are trying to setup connector for Click Dimension CRM with our Zoom webinars enabled meeting account.
User has appropriate license for webinars but when trying to connect we are facing this:
Error occurs during sync data for Zoom, account key - acGJDBXqubUa5swne0VNgg, message - The web request was not success. URL: xxxx://api.zoom.us/v2/users/me/webinars/?page_size=300. Status code: BadRequest. Reason: Bad Request. Body: {“code”:200,“message”:“Webinar plan is missing. You must subscribe to the webinar plan and enable webinars for this user in order to perform this action: lwJ6deJDSL6DdYKxT_ZyqQ.”}
