Unable to display video after attaching it on the iPad Pro 10.5-inch

Description

This issue occurs only on the iPad Pro 10.5-inch; other devices work normally. After calling stream.attachVideo and appending it to the video-player-container, the video sometimes doesn’t display and throws an error. Could you please help me investigate this?

After analyzing the logs, we found that this is a known issue where the loadedmetadata event is not fired as expected. We are working on identifying the root cause of the issue. And we will improve it in the next version.

We noticed that the user left the session after encountering the issue for the first time, and then rejoined the session. From our logs, there don’t appear to be any obvious video issues during the second session join. Could you please confirm if this was the case?

After this issue occurs, the video fails to display regardless of whether I or others leave and rejoin the session, toggle the video on/off, or even open the session in a new tab.

The issue only resolves when I kill Safari app and reopen again
