Unable to extract device management settings from Zoom Rooms Location, or Profile endpoints

Get Zoom Room location profile
Get Zoom Room Profile

Description
I’m wanting to extract the settings under the “Device Management” header via API call.
Settings such as
“Autonomous Single app mode”
“Automatically install Windows Updates”
“Allow to update the apps directly from the room”

etc

Error?
I can’t find anythign in the docs

How To Reproduce
Any endpoints that’ll give me this?
