Unable to install updates. Error code: 10004

Hi,

I am using Zoom (version 5.11.6) on a new iMac. It keeps saying “Unable to install updates. Error code: 10004”.

I realise this has been posted before but no solutions were provided and it seemed to be closed. Also the suggestion to contact Customer Support didn’t work because the link led to a dead end.

The suggestion reinstall was not possible as I found it impossible to find the right site to do this! Any suggestions welcome!

I got around this by downloading it directly here: Download Center - Zoom

Make sure to click the link that says “for Macs with Apple Silicon chips, click here to download.”
