I installed two test apps in my zoom desktop client that I built, and I have since deleted those apps from my developer account, but they are still showing up in my zoom desktop chat client. How do I remove them?

As in the images, I no longer have the “norman-chatbot-test” app installed, but it still appears on the “apps” tab of Zoom. Even clearing up the conversation he is still there.

I do not recognize that screenshot. Have you looked here to make sure you uninstalled the development version of your Chatbot?

Did you delete or rename the Chatbot? I cannot find it in our system.
Try logging in and out of Zoom or uninstalling Zoom and reinstalling Zoom and see if it is still there.
