Unable to submit my oauth 2 app can some one help me?

How can i submit my app, if the verifyzoom.html download link giving me a “The Given domain is invalid” every time i try to download it.
Can someone help me on this thanks
i put an image below so that you can see its giving me an error.

all of my urls in this app were the same. i dont know why its keep giving me an error
