Cannot download verifyzoom.html for app verification

I am trying to create an OAuth app and at the last stage of submission, I am facing the problem

  1. I am unable to download verifyzoom.html
  2. I already have this file on my server from my previous App which is going to be discontinue but it doesn’t verify me as an owner

Please help me with this verification and submission step. Thanks
