Unable to use camera on browser when Zoom app camera is on

Description
When I am in a Zoom meeting via the app with camera on, and I open a browser to a page which requires camera (e.g. Google Meet), the camera does not function.
Once I switch the camera off in Zoom app, the camera becomes available in the browser.
The reverse is also true: as long as I am on a video enabled website, the camera doesn’t work in Zoom app.
