Unable to Withdraw app from Verification

I have 2 apps on market place. With the new EU DORA rules we needed to go through the verification process again. One app went through OK the other app is stuck in limbo. Limbo meaning it is still in queue waiting to be verified (since May 2nd).

The issue is if I try and “withdraw” app from verification the process hangs. The error:

Now my App is in read only mode and I cannot do anything with it. Please help

Thank you for reaching out. Are these 2 apps published already? If so you would have to go through an update request. If the apps are not published I will send you a DM so you can provide me more details on this situation.
