Unidirectional Calling

We need the ability for our Construction Manager to open Heartbeat (our software) press call and that will initiate a call from Zoom call to the customer.

We don’t want the customer to have access to the CMs phone # so we need ability to show a caller ID # that if called back goes to a recording saying “this # is not monitored if you are trying to reach your construction manager please message them in Heartbeat”.

Typically we have a dedicated phone # for multiple Construction Managers such that the Customers receive a phone call from the same number.
