Update Waiting Room Text by API

Description
From the API, we would like to be able to SET the Waiting Room title and the 400 character description. This would seem like it should be in the ACCOUNT or USER area but there are no options for it.

Hi @jeffr, thanks for posting & using Zoom! The first round of waiting room support through the API is coming to the Account Settings API on May 21.

I’ll add a feature request on our roadmap to support the editing of waiting room title, logo and description.
