I am conducting a lecture training through ZOOM irregularly, and I want to allow only designated attendees to log in (I cannot collect ZOOM ID). I want to use the ZOOM survey function in the training to create a test paper and have it administered.
Is it possible to restrict users when logging into Zoom?
Ex) After entering a password, only the people set below can enter by accurately entering their number and name.

After completing a Zoom meeting, is it possible to automatically receive the participation start time, participation end time, and total participation time data to the company’s business system?
After completing a Zoom meeting, is it possible to create a question using the survey function and receive data on the answers written by the learner?
Yes, you can restrict attendees by enabling Registration Required or requiring sign-in with a specific email domain. Matching names/numbers exactly isn’t a built-in feature.
For attendance tracking, Zoom’s Usage Reports provide join time, leave time, and total duration. Zoom API or third-party tools (e.g., Zapier) can automate data transfer.
Zoom’s Survey feature allows tests, and results can be downloaded from Survey Reports. For automation, use the Zoom API.
