Zoom LTI Pro within Canvas LMS leverages the class list to send meeting details and allow users to join the course-associated Zoom meeting. We would like to use the meeting attendee report to capture attendance using API and aggregate # of meetings attended by unique users for each separate course.

Have you considered leveraging our GET Meeting Participant Report endpoint?
This returns each participant that was present and their join/leave time.
