Users with 2FA enabled cannot login with OAuth

Description

  1. User has Zoom account with 2 factor auth enabled
  2. Logging into the zoom.us website through a browser works fine, they’re presented with the 2FA
  3. Logging into zoom through my application through OAuth results in a “Wrong user name or password. Try signing in again.” message

Error
“Wrong user name or password. Try signing in again.” displays on sign in form when trying to log into account through OAuth

Which App Type (OAuth / Chatbot / JWT / Webhook)?
OAuth

Which Endpoint/s?
zoom.us sign in page

How To Reproduce (If applicable)
see above

I don’t see anything in the documentation for supporting users with two factor authentication enabled. Is there anything that needs to be done differently during the OAuth handshake?

Hey @Adam_Wulf,

Hey @Adam_Wulf,

This is indeed a bug. We are working to fix this asap.

In the meantime, have users sign into Zoom before installing the app.

Thanks,
Tommy
