Using Zoom Android SDK in our own Android app and deploying to google play store is legal or not.
do we need any license for it .if yes from where we can get the license.

If you are using our SDK you should have already agreed to our license, but you can reference it here if you’d like.

I’m not aware of any legal issues with publishing to the Google Play Store. There are apps available on the Play Store today (including the Zoom client) which utilize the Zoom SDK. Did you have any specific concerns?
