Vebsite verifications for move to production mode

Hi,

I’m in the process but I’m running into issues with the validate the domain step.

I chose the dns TXT filed option, and my domains have the TXT field working.
The marketplace website says there is an error. In console I read a 500 error on Zoom server.

Could you please help me understanding what’s going on?

Thank you so much.
Stefano

@stefano I am not necessarily sure what is going on here, can you please explain the exact process you are using and where you are seeing the 500 error?

Regards, Kwaku

Hi Kwaku,

thank you.
Pretty simple process. I’m trying to validate the 2 URLs.

  • I chose the DNS TXT way.
  • I modified the DNS records
  • I press the button to verify
  • An error is showed…
If I open the console of the browser, I noticed a 500 error.

Please take a look to the attached file

and let me know if you need more information

Hello, @stefano for both domains were the txt records added to the root folder? Also, try clearing your cache and try again because I do not see anything on our end that should be causing this.

Regards, Kwaku

Hi,
thank you for your reply.
Yes, the txt records were added to the root folder.

I cleared the cache but the problem is still there.
Same thing.

Regards,
Stefano.
