We are currently trying to verify our domain for our Zoom App (App Marketplace → Domain Validation), but we have not been successful so far.

We have already tried all the recommended methods (DNS TXT record, file upload, and meta tag), but the verification is still failing. However, we were able to successfully verify the same domain in another application/platform without any issues.

Could you please help us understand:

  • What might be causing the verification to fail in Zoom?

  • Are there any additional requirements or checks specific to Zoom Domain Validation?
