Video and Sound/Mic are always disconnected on switching to another room / break out session

If I move to another room / break out session or back to the main session, video and sound is disconnected (not only muted). I have to reconnect both again.

No error shown

Which App Type (OAuth / Chatbot / JWT / Webhook)?
JWT 1.8.6
