Camera and microphone issues occur when switching participants between breakroom (rare occurrence)

Description
My website pairs two people in a breakroom. However, when switching users between rooms (e.g., from the main room to a breakroom, between breakrooms, or from a breakroom back to the main room), the camera and/or microphone of one user occasionally stops working. As a result, their partner cannot see or hear them, even though they can still see and hear their partner.

This issue persists even after reloading the page and re-entering the breakroom. However, it resolves when the affected user leaves the current meeting entirely and rejoins.
I am uncertain about the cause of this problem, as it can occur across browsers (safari, chrome, edge), although it happens only rarely.

This issue can occur in different browsers, such as Chrome and Edge, even in the latest versions like 131.0.0.0. However, if the user clicks the microphone and camera icons to turn them off and then on again, the problem can be resolved (in some cases)

Do you have any advice for this issues?

This problem is still remain, does anyone else have the same issue?
