Video Quality issues

Greetings, I’m on a developer plan (we have been building an app over the last year). After a lot of beta testing we are ready to launch our app which incorporates zoom’s SDK. It is not clear what we need to make it work. We are stuck in low resolution developer mode and need to move to production mode. According to various info we found it seems that upgrading to a business plan will allow us to unlock full HD video for participants, However our developer plan is not editable. That option is ghosted out.

We are just looking for the correct way to go from developer mode to production, but can’t find it. Thanks for your help.

Is there some course of action we can take to get the info we need? The ticket support will not help me and referred me here. My app developers have hit a dead end and say that the issue is an administravie issue, as we have implemented the correct coding. We just need to know how to move from development to production, and we need to know what plan (if any) will give us the feature we need, and how to go about changing it, as any upgrade path is ghosted out in our current account.

Which SDK are you using and is your app submitted for production yet?? I don’t know what app you guys are developing but I think if there would be an app like cx file explorer for managing tons of recordings within the Zoom, it’d be so much handy. I am unable to create it yet. I hope you can , take the idea.

Thanks for responding to me. I believe we are using 3.5.1 but will confirm with our developers. My understanding is that we will need to get production keys, vs. developer keys, after a review process. Can you point me in the right direction to initiate that process?

Our app is a simple web application for a specific group of users- we are not making it available in zoom marketplace. So we are just looking to launch it ASAP. The only issue with it right now is that the video is low resolution, at 320P and even though we have coded to initiate HD video there seems to be a block or setting at an admin level that we are unable to change.

@DanielSchmidt I checked your account settings and everything looks good to go. Can you have your team check this guide for sending and receiving HD video? Also, if youre still having issues, please share your code snippets for how youre implementing the video portion of your app.
