Video SDK v2.2.5 for Web - Not getting global dial-in numbers in the create a session POST response

I have the Audio Conferencing enabled and configured, and I’m still not getting the global dial-in numbers in the create a session POST response.

My request is built exactly like in the documentation and I’m only getting the values of:

  • session_id

  • session_number

  • session_name

  • session_password

  • passcode

  • created_at

  • settings: {
    “auto_recording”: “cloud”
    }

    OBS.: At Account Settings → Audio Conferencing, I have everything configured but the Global Dial-in Countries/Regions and the Telephone welcome message. I’ve tried to configure the Global Dial-in Countries/Regions, but the edit icon is missing, making it impossible.
