Virtual Camera Zoom Crashing

Hello. We are developing a virtual camera solution that will be used with Zoom. We are using DirectShow to achieve this, and it works with other applications. However, when we are trying to use it with Zoom we are getting crash reports.

Can someone please tell me:

Do you support yuy2 encoding?
What are the media capability fields/information Zoom collects/requires from the camera. Perhaps we are missing some metadata which is why Zoom is crashing.
