Waiting Room UI does not respect safe areas

The waiting room UI no longer respects the safe areas on iPhone 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max devices. All other devices continue to work as expected.

To Reproduce(If applicable)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Join a meeting in progress that has the waiting room enabled

Expected: Meeting controls are outside of the safe area.
Actual: The X to leave button is inside of the status bar at the top and the “Host has joined” message is inside of the home indicator area at the bottom. The X button is very hard to press.
