We are not able to type on Chat panel, message input is not getting focus

When the user opens the chat panel, upon clicking on the message area to type a message, it does not activate, and the user cannot type. You have to click on a very specific small area (padding on a div that’s parent to the input), so then it would get focus.

  2. open the chat panel
  3. try to type a message

  • Device: Macbook Pro
  • OS: big sur
  • Browser: Chrome 110

Additional context
tested both on Our office Mobile iphone 12 Pro Max local and secured (HTTPS) environments
