We have a different domain than our main website for the app

Dear Zoom

Our website is abc.com and our application is on https://*.onabc.com, when I try to enter the application in zoom market placce it says there is a mismatch and the privacy urls and others should be of onabc.com

let know how can this be resolved

Hi @wajooba,

If some of your resources are hosted at different domains, you may not be able to validate your domain using the automated flow on the app Submit tab. It sounds like this issue might be what’s preventing you from submitting.

If so, we can manually assist with this by verifying the additional domain using a DNS txt record. To do so, please open up a request with us here so that we can assist with this.

That link is taking me to a generic landing page and does not show how to get the request,
