We keep removing the wrong people from the meeting... ideas?

Zoom Meeting, a cohost attempts to remove a zoom bomber, but we find out that the wrong person got removed. We have no idea why this is happening. We thought it might be because when two cohosts go to remove the bomber, a second person accidentally gets removed.
What we have tried: Watching the name in the “confirm” dialog box making sure it the bomber.
Stopped removing people - just turn off video. Then if they hammer us in chat (chat only to cohosts), “safe” remove by typing their name in the Participants search box to isolate their name only, then remove them from there.
Still… wrong people are being removed and today we found out one of our members got a community standards ban! Now I am spending all kinds of time contacting Zoom to find out what to do.
Anyone else dealing with this?
Any ideas or tips?
Large daily meeting with many bombers and functions requiring several cohosts.
Thanks

Is this via an application you have developed, or using the consumer Zoom client?

If via application, posting the code you’re using to determine the bomber name, and the code you’re using to remove them, might be insightful.

If this is a consumer application issue, you may wish to file a bug report on the Zoom Community forum
