Joining meeting timeout

Description
When I try to login using Web Sdk I get the following error.

[Your Connection has timed out and you cannot join the meeting. Verify your network connectivity and try again.]

This error may or may not be caused by the host account.

API_KEY and API_SECRET have not expired.

To Reproduce(If applicable)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Hold a meeting using the zoom app
  2. Enter the meeting ID and password from the Web Sdk screen using Safari on iPhone and press the join button

This is not the same issue, @k.ikegami, is not able to join the meeting.
