Web SDK version 1.7.5 is now live

Hello Zoom Developers,

We’ve released a new version of the Web SDK version 1.7.5.

This version comes with a small enhancement and bug fix for joining meetings via waiting room.

Hi @michael_p.zoom

I am still getting this error “Your connection has timed out and you cannot join the meeting. Verify your network connectivity and try again.”. It was working on my 1.7.4 update though. After the 1.7.5 it’s happening. Something you recommend i can try ?

A workaround would be to deactivate your accounts JWT app and reactivate it again. Let us know if this works.

Sadly not working.

I tried:

  • Deactivation/Re-activating the JWT
  • Regenerate the secret key and waited some time for API connection to work.
  • Checked again and still the same.

Any suggestions ?

We have upgraded to 1.7.5 and seeing given below errors

On web we are getting this error :

Your connection has timed out and you cannot join the meeting. Verify your network connectivity and try again.

On mobile SDK : we are getting This meeting ID is not valid. please check and try again

Sample meeting id : 1190874088

I tried your work around but still not worked

Why each version upgrade always causing issue please make it stable

@michael_p.zoom We are getting the “Your connection has timed out and you cannot join the meeting. Verify your network connectivity and try again.” This was working on 1.7.4 and now with 1.7.5 something has changed. Can you help?

@techies23 what did you do to make this work? You said at first it wasn’t working after you followed Michale’s workaround and now it is working? Can you please tell us what you did as we are still getting the same error.
