How To Reproduce
This is intermittent most of the request are successful.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Request URL / Headers (without credentials or sensitive info like emails, uuid, etc.) / Body
2. Authentication method or app type
“secret token and verification token”

3. Any errors

@ariz.khan are you sending a 200 OK response back when you receive the event?

Hi Ojas, Yes. we are sending 200 OK response back. but for some requests we encounter error. with code 500 or -1.
