Endpoint URL receiving the above events are azure functions. We are only facing this issue in peak times around 8AM to 6PM EST but receiving the status code 200 in non-peak hours.
Events: meeting.registration_created and meeting.participant_joined
I’m using these webhooks with Zapier and their support team is not able to help with these. It seems we’re also only facing this issue in peak times of 8AM to 6PM EST but receiving the status code 200 in non-peak hours.
Update: I think these errors have stopped — my last error was 02:05:17 PM on Feb 28, 2022. I had been receiving 5 - 20 errors a day. While I don’t think anything changed on my end, I’m very relieved!
Hi @fitpros and @skolagani
I am happy to hear that this issue has been resolved.
We identified an issue on our end and our Engineering team has resolved it!
Thanks again!
Elisa
Thanks for your help before, @elisa.zoom! These errors started up for me again yesterday 3/14 and I’ve had over 10 in the last hour. Status: -1, -2, and -7. Any help alerting your Engineering team and getting it resolved is greatly appreciated! Thank you, Bonnie
Hello, we have identified the same kind of errors. They have been happening since, at least, March 18, 2022. This is a recurring error and the Infrastructure team has not identified an internal cause. Please, we need reliable zoom services, our app and users needs it.
