Webhook-only app not working

Description
I tried to create a webhook-only app to hit a zapier endpoint. I want event notifications for registrants on Zoom meetings, while the default Zapier integration only supports webinar registration. Everyhting seems to be set up right, but no webhook events are showing in Zoom’ webhook logs UI or in Zapier.
