Webhook URL Validation Enforcement

We received the “Webhook URL Validation Enforcement” e-mail from Zoom that states “We have identified apps on your account that have not yet implemented webhook URL validation. As part of our upcoming webhook URL validation enforcement, any webhook URL that is not validated by June 27, 2025, will no longer receive events.”

Zoom’s recommend Step 1 is to “Identify which apps on your account are subscribed to webhook events.” How do we do this? There is nothing listed in the API logs that I see at App Marketplace

Likewise… I see nothing in my entry as well…

Hi @DarienA and @apu
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Can you please make sure that you do not have any active apps under your Created apps tab?
The app could be in your account or under any user from your account.

I have two “created” apps but they don’t use webhooks as far as I know. One I wrote, one is an integration with Pick-A-Time.

I will send you a DM for more details

I have no apps under my login…

@DarienA the apps could be under some other user under your same account. I would suggest check in with other uses under your account

Thanks for the help, Elisa. You were able to confirm the app is under one of our users accounts and is not something we are concerned about.

FWIW, it would be helpful for the “going away soon” e-mails to include this info, or at least direct admins to where to find this info.

Apu

We have 115 users on our account, I’m not sure its feasible to ask/expect every user to check this… Zoom can’t just tell us which user in our account has the app in question?

Sure thing @DarienA
Let me send you a DM and follow up there please
