Webhook Verified, now we are seeing X-Zoom-Retry-Reason : Internal Server Error

Ok, so our WebHook was validated, but now we are getting flooded with the following:

X-Zoom-Retry-Reason : Internal Server Error

I saw that somebody mentioned firewall settings, but this is an Azure Function and it validated with the Validation process as well. Has anyone else seen anything like this?
