Do we have any API to get access of Chat/Question and answer of ongoing webinars. We would like to have website vistiors to interact with webinar through our web interface.

Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum. Currently, we don’t have an API to provide live chat or Q&A messages from a Webinar. You can capture this and view it after the webinar has ended using Cloud Recording or the List Q&A of Past Webinar API.
However, I understand that neither of these will fit your use-case. If you would like this feature to be considered for a future release, I recommend posting in the #feature-requests category.
