Please make sure you are using a valid endpoint url. The two urls you shared are missing the /v2/ path.

Try these:

https://api.zoom.us/v2/accounts/me/recordings

https://api.zoom.us/v2/accounts/_Mqr6z4ERnSGTuTcgoOCWA/recordings
