Whiteboard is not working on Metting sdk 2.17.0

I am facing an issue that whiteboard is not visible in version 2.17.0
i searched a lot for this issue and i am confused because some answers on the forum for similar question saying that whiteboard is not implemented no on meeting sdk and some saying it is exist
also i checked the feature for meeting sdk i found whiteboard is applicable in this link

so can someone gives me final answer for that can

Thank you for taking the time to post in the Zoom Developer Forum! Yes, Whiteboard is supported for WebSDK. Can you share what you are seeing and if you have Whiteboard enabled for your account?
