Who to contact to enable individual video recordings?

In the recording documentation: Video SDK - web - Cloud recording

It claims " You can also record individual user video files. Contact Sales to enable."

This does not appear to work, we have contacted sales and not received any word back, we have enterprise accounts and developer accounts is there not a more direct way to get this activated for our account?

Any help would be appreciated thank you. This is a very urgent need for us.
