Windows meeting sdk and AUTHRET_NETWORKISSUE

Hello,
At a location behind a very strict firewall, the normal zoom windows app works ok, but our application that uses the Windows SDK (v5.12.0.9016) fails during sdk authentication with the AUTHRET_NETWORKISSUE error: the call to SDKAuth() succeeeds, then a pause of around 16 seconds, then the callback gets called with the AUTHRET_NETWORKISSUE error

The operating system is Windows 10
At other locations and/or cutomers our sdk application works well.

Is it possible to have a list of addresses and ports that should be opened in the firwall ?
