I am trying to create a Webhook Only App, and I need to enable Event Subscriptions. However, I get the warning “You do not have permission to use this event. Please reach out to your Admin to grant you permission,” and the ability to enable, for example, “Start Meeting” as shown in the screenshot is disabled.
The error message says to have your Admin grant you permission. However, I checked with my Admin, and we don’t know what permission to grant.
We tried this:

But it did not work. I reached out to Zoom Support, but they could not help and directed me here.
