Hi Jigsaw
You should first enable the webhook feature and then switch to V2 webhooks via Rest API, Refer to https://zoom.github.io/api/#switch-webhook-version
After this two steps, you will be able to use the Webhook Rest API
Hello Dean Si
Thanks for your quick reply. Can you please let me know where can I find the setting to enable webhook feature from my account.
Hi, please check out our v2 webhook doc - https://developer.zoom.us/docs/webhooks-v2/.
you need to go to the credential page, click on the webhooks tab.
Wei @ Zoom
Hi Wei,
Got it, thanks
Hi Wei,
The above v2 webhook doc gives’ Oops! This page doesn’t exist.’
Can you provide a valid URL?
Even we get the same {“code”:300,“message”:“No permission.”} response when trying to enable v2 webhooks.
Thanks.
Hi @michael.zoom,
Thanks for your response. We already have the webhooks setup and subscribed to the events that we our app is interested in. The issue that we are facing is that we are unable to enable V2 webhooks, we get below response.
{“code”:300,“message”:“No permission.”}
Can you help us find the right documentation so that we can get it resolved?
Thanks,
Purnesh
Hey @klassroom,
Where did you get that endpoint? I am not sure that is an actual endpoint on our platform.
Thanks,
Tommy
Hi @tommy
Refer to the very first reply from @Dean_Si in the thread above.
The switch-webhook-version URL takes to zoom api document and it mentions the endpoint which we are trying to use.
If this isn’t the endpoint, can you provide the correct one?
Thanks.
Hi @klassroom, these are not supported or enabled. Please enable webhooks through our Marketplace as Tommy has suggested:
