Zapier to Zoom Integration

I am a Zapier Partner and had a question regarding the My Notes and Zoom Phone features.

I am currently working with a client who would like to create a Zap that sends the summary generated by My Notes after a Zoom Phone call ends into Clio (a legal CRM). I attempted to build this workflow, but it appears there is no straightforward way to access this data through Zapier without relying on webhooks and additional account-level details.

Since Zoom Phone is currently in beta, I understand that functionality may still be evolving. However, I wanted to ask if there are plans to make this data more easily accessible through Zapier in the future.

Additionally, could you please advise if My Notes will be available as an endpoint in the Zoom API, and if so, whether there is an expected timeline for this?

Welcome to the Community

There are two issues here.

  1. Zoom Features put into the API
  2. Zapier making those features.

Zoom Phone is not in Beta, it has a big range of API calls that many developers use.
Zapier adding it is in Beta.

There are thousands of API calls in Zoom and yes, we expect more
I think you bigger question is whether Zapier finds the time to add what you need.

If it does not, there are ways to do it yourself.
