We are using Zoom to receive calls from customers that require immediate responses, or relatively quick responses to troubleshoot product installation problems. I would like to auto-accumulate data from incoming calls including name, phone#, email, order#, and a brief description of their problem onto a spreadsheet, Then have callers select from a list of options for the purpose of their calls, then have FAQ’s and instructions returned via sms, then if an issue si resolved have it recorded, If not give them an option to talk with a live agent once they have followed instructions.
Has anyone developed options to accomplish this? OR possibly have zoom Ivr prescreen calls, and only send to a live agent if they can not solve problems.
