Require vtt format transcript as well as zapier integration for zoom phone

Hi,

We use zoom meetings and the integration with Zapier has been performing well. But when it comes to phone, we’re not able to get the recordings as a proper file as well as the transcription are not in the same format as meetings.
Is there any work in progress that would enable such features.

Feature required are:

  1. Zoom Phone Transcripts in VTT format.
  2. Zapier integration for Zoom phone to create triggers and get information regarding zoom phone activities.
