Zoom app vanishes from my account

This happened once before. My Zoom app just vanished from the account. I cannot see it or manage it. We’ve already fixed it by someone, but again on this issue. I’m not sure what’s going on. Can anyone please help?

@catalina.diaz She previously helped me with this. Now I cannot reach out to her directly.

Please, anyone here? We require support from someone who works on Zoom. This is an internal Zoom bug or similar stuff, so there’s no way fix without support.

I was trying to access the account directly from owner account.

The account may change the license group otherwise it was always paid account
