Zoom App Which Keys Am I Supposed to Use

I have two sets of dev keys one for dev one for prod. I am in the process of getting my app approved. When I run the Dev keys I get to the app, when I use the prod keys I get a message that the app does not exist. So while in the process of getting the app approved WHICH KEYS AM I SUPPOSED TO USE for my app? It seems that they want me to use Prod keys, but when I try to use them I get nothing when testing this is what is confusing me…

For the development of your app, you should be using DevCredentials.
The marketplace team will be testing your app with the production credentials to make sure it works properly
