Zoom DELETE API Call is Working Correctly, but NOT Transferring Meetings, etc. to User

Description
I am making a Custom Zoom API Call from Okta Workflow. The API call is a DELETE call, I have also setup a Query to transfer meetings, webinars, and recordings to another account we have that is acting as an archiving account. But the user’s meetings, when deleted, are not being transferred.

Error
There is no error since the API call is made successfully
