Zoom + Dynamics + Tamarac CRM

Looking into using Zoom for our new phone system. We have Tamarac CRM currently & are already familiar with Zoom video conferencing. We also use Dynamics 365 to connect out Outlook to Tamarac CRM.

Is there anyone familiar with this Zoom + Dynamics + Tamarac CRM connection? We want to make sure it is reliable, fully built out, etc.
